If you arrive after lights out, don't worry, our reception is open for check-in from Monday to Saturday until 21. After that, as well as on Sundays, check-in takes place via our practical key box located at the front door of the hotel at Frederiksgade 16. To ensure a trouble-free check-in process, we recommend that you contact us in advance, especially if you arrive outside reception opening hours.
We understand that arriving at a hotel after hours can be a little unsettling, but our key box system is secure and straightforward, ensuring you can easily enter your room. And should problems arise, we are always more than a phone call away.
