On the edge of National Park THY, is the farm Gyrup. Here, among other things, they make whiskey from the grain they grow. Now you can experience the sight and smell of the whiskey's creation in the barrel warehouse, while you get the story of the process from grain to malt, mash, new spirit and finally the finished Thy Whisky.

You will get stories from the world of whiskey and at the same time taste 4 unique cask samples and whisky. There will also be an opportunity to see their organic farming, where the milk is used for Thybo cheese. The Galloway cattle graze in the summer at Agger Tange, and are used for the smoked club.

Jim Murray's Whiskey Bible 2020, the closest the whiskey world gets to a Michelin guide, Thy Whiskey has been named the best European whiskey of the year.
