RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

RESERVATION
Know online booking the indicated credit card is used as immediate payment.

ARRIVAL
Check in from 15 on the day of arrival. On arrival later than 21, please contact the hotel to arrange a key box.

DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, check out is no later than 10.30 am. 
The hotel is entitled to extra payment from the guest if he uses the room in addition to this, without prior agreement to this effect. 
It is possible to purchase an early check-in and/or late check-out as desired, if the occupancy of the hotel allows it.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made at the latest on departure unless otherwise agreed.
For groups, the hotel may require advance payment or a deposit.

CANCELLATION of individual guests
Cancellation up to 18.00 the day before arrival can be done without charge. 
In case of later cancellation, 100% will be charged 
corresponding to the price of the ordered hotel services for the first day.

Cancellation must always be made in writing to booking@hotelthisted.dk

NO SHOW
Cancellation made later than 24 hours before arrival, late arrival or early departure is considered a NO SHOW 
and the hotel is entitled to compensation corresponding to the full amount of the hotel arrangement finally ordered.

CANCELLATION OF STAY WITH MEALS
Cancellation of stays with meals can be made up to 2 days before the arrival date, before 14.00 p.m.
In case of cancellation thereafter, the first day's hotel services will be charged.

CANCELLATION of groups
Reservations of 7 rooms or more are referred to as a group, and are covered by the cancellation rules for groups.
For groups, the following cancellation rules apply:
Up to 10 days before the arrival date, up to 100% can be canceled free of charge.
Between 3 - 9 days before the arrival date, up to 50% of the ordered hotel arrangement can be canceled free of charge.
In the event of cancellation later than 48 hours before the planned arrival date, or in the event of a no show, 100% of the ordered hotel arrangement will be charged.

Cancellation must be sent in writing to the hotel via email to booking@hotelthisted.dk
In the event of a timely cancellation, the balance will be refunded to the credit cards used.

LIST OF NAMES
List of names sent at the latest 7 days before arrival. The list must appear with either an email address and/or telephone number for each room representative, in case of no show, late check in, complication or similar.

Force majeure
If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots and the like), the Hotel Thisted not liable for compensation for interrupted or incomplete stays.

Terms and conditions
In case of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged and interest will be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.
