CANCELLATION of individual guests

Cancellation of stay 2 days before arrival date, before 14, can be done without cost. In case of cancellation thereafter, the first day's hotel services will be charged.

Reservations of more than 14 people / 7 rooms or more are referred to as a group, and are covered by the cancellation rules for groups.
For groups, the following cancellation rules apply:
Up to 10 days before the arrival date, up to 100% can be canceled free of charge.
Between 3 - 9 days before the arrival date, up to 50% of the ordered hotel arrangement can be canceled free of charge.
